It's Monday! What Are You Reading? is a weekly meme hosted by Sheila at Book Journey.
This week I finished reading - Precious Thing by Colette McBeth - I really enjoyed this debut novel.
This week I am currently reading -
Murder on the Links by Agatha Christie - halfway through the second of the Poirot mysteries, this time we are in France.
Inflicted by Ria Frances - this is very moving so far, two people, one old, one young, both troubled, finding friendship and kindness.
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J. K. Rowling - reading this one on and off over the weeks.
Next I think I might read -
Disclaimer by Renee Knight
Disgrace by Jussi Adler-Olsen

What are you reading?
I hope you have a great week of wonderful reading, and thank you for visiting.
I have Precious Thing and I'm eager to read it. Thanks for visiting my blog, and enjoy your week.
ReplyDeleteI hope you enjoy it too!
DeleteI've finished The Warden by Anhtony Trollope and am trying to decide what to read next. Agatha Christie sounds like fun!
ReplyDeleteIt is fun, I'm enjoying them, it's taken me years to get started. I would like to try Trollope one day.
DeleteLove the cover of Inflicted, it looks very interesting! And of course, who doesn't love Harry Potter?
ReplyDeleteCheck out my Monday Post
It's a very moving story so far. Thanks Lisa!
DeletePrecious Things looks interesting. Murder on the Links is a good one but not one of my favorites. Hope you're enjoying it! I don't know what Disclaimer is about but I absolutely love the cover. I'm reading The Empire Girls set in New York in the 1920s right now as well as The Hexed which is a romantic suspense with ghosts and witches set in Salem, Massachusetts. I think Agatha Christie's Peril in End House is coming up soon. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteThanks Katherine, I am enjoying it. It's a good atmospheric cover isn't it and nice colour tones. The Empire Girls sounds good. Glad you've got a Christie coming up!
DeleteThe Christie looks quirky. I read my first book by her last year, but I'm excited to read some more!
ReplyDeleteIt's good fun Lindsey, and I read my first just this year.
DeleteI love a good Agatha Christie novel. :-) Inflicted looks good too!
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a great week!
Thanks :) Yes I am enjoying them so far, hope to read lots.
DeleteNice assortment of books, Lindsay. Hope you enjoy them all!
ReplyDeleteThanks Catherine!
DeleteLooks like you're reading some great books this week. I've only read the first of the Poirot books, but have been meaning to continue with the series. I guess I should try to do so this year.
ReplyDeleteI started them only this year and decided to try and carry on with them, don't know how many I'll get through but enjoying this second one.
DeleteAgatha Christie can be so fun! I hope you enjoy that one - I haven't read it, so please let us know if it's good. And I love Goblet of Fire!
ReplyDeleteThanks Allison! I am enjoying this one so far. And Goblet of Fire!
DeleteIt's been so long since I read Christie, but I loved And Then There Were None!
ReplyDeleteI will look out for that one, thanks Sarah!
DeleteI've like Adlers series so far, I hope you do too.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week,
Shelleyrae @ Book'd Out
Thanks!
DeleteLike many of us bloggers I see that you are in the midst of more then one book simultaneously. I do tend to try to limit this to two books at any one time for myself.
ReplyDeleteMy wife recently finished up all of the Miss Marple,e books and I think that she will be starting the Poirot series soon.
I thought I read a lot but you have read so many this year already! I only ever read one book at a time. Enjoyed my catch up with your reviews, never seem to have much time for visiting friends blogs these days. :(
