Book Reviews

‘The best moments in reading are when you come across something - a thought, a feeling, a way of looking at things - which you had thought special and particular to you. And now, here it is, set down by someone else, a person you have never met, someone even who is long dead. And it is as if a hand has come out, and taken yours.’ Alan Bennett

“Many a book is like a key to unknown chambers within the castle of one’s own self.” ― Franz Kafka

An interview with me!

Well, it's a much more common occurence that I feature guest authors and ask them questions, it's the other way around and I am delighted to have been interviewed myself by author Claire King for a feature in her series of discussions with a few book bloggers - you can read it on her website and here's the link:

I am talking amongst other things about book blogging, star ratings for books, taste in books, and recommending three books that blew me away.

Claire's debut novel The Night Rainbow was published earlier this year. (You can read my review of it here.)

Thanks very much to Claire for asking me to take part in her feature and challenging me with some interesting questions.

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit and leave a comment. It's great reading your comments and I really appreciate them :)
